I have ran my anti virus and spyware and nothing shows any virus or spyware...

This really bugs me people.... When is that last time you did a disk defragment on the c-drive? Do you have programs like spybot and ad-aware to remove ad ware? if not you need to get them. They are free at etplanet.com....Run those, remove all ad ware, defrag, then reboot
If you need more help add more details and I'll edit my answer I'm having the same problem. I may need to run anti virus or check for spyware.
