Don't you just love naps?
I just love taking naps? But its strange I have sleep apnia(sp) and insomnia so when I nap it is usually very deep sleep and they last 2 hours. But my wife is the type who can nap for 20 minutes and wake up refreshed. What type of napper are you? Additional Details

Star me please! uh......i like looooooooooooooooooong naps. like 3 hours lol yes i do Unfortunately, naps are not a part of my lifestyle. I am the mother of three young chilfdren who are active and keep me active. If I am tired, I just have to deal with it and drink a lot of coffee!! :) Cat napper. 20 minutes make me feel better. More than a half hour makes it hard to get to sleep at night. we have the same sleep disorder...and i love naps too! me 2 rarely do I take them, but when I do, its more like your wife. Yes, especially when it rain's. Yes, I sure do.
I sometimes nap for two hours, and sometimes for half an hour. It depends on how tired I am. I nap from 30 mins to 2 hours straight. It depends.
Of course if I have the time, I'd prefers to nap for 2 hours or more. I cannot nap odd hours. Just an afternoon siesta. And a night's sleep. Im just like you, except I have a prostate problem. Its a real pain, not getting a real nights sleep. yes, I love naps.
I don't have time to take them during the day.
But I try to get about a 7 hour nap every night ...
:O) I'm the can't nap during the day unless I'm sick; or I can't sleep at night kind of napper. yes!!!!!! Yes I love naps! yeah i love a one hour nap on the sofa after work just before dinner. i get so over powered by the tiredness and fall straight into the deepest sleep. its lovely :) but i dont nap often thats like once a week if im really lucky lol Same as you. I can't sleep at night and when I do finally take a nap I sleep a while. I have been told to stop taking naps that I would start sleeping at night. I have tired this and it doesn't work...
Yes I love to nap I am a cat napper! I can sleep ten minutes & be refreshed* power napper only like 20 min.
