How do you deal with stress while you're at work?!

Question:

How do you deal with stress while you're at work?

It's a long story, but I'm in the process of having to make a life-changing decision dealing with school and work. I've been crying literally all weekend about it which has made my eyes incredibly dry and painful. It's making my stomach twist and my head hurt like someone's beating on it with a baseball bat. I want to take my mind off of it, but it won't go away!

Any advice you could give me would be great!

Answers: When having to make a strong choice in life it is better to sit it on a shelf for two days and give yourself permission to not think about it. Keeping very busy helps you to limit your thinking on matters outside of what you are doing. Sitting around and trying to know the best answer is leaving nothing but time to dwell and be consumed by the problem. Step away from it and when you come back just make a choice and pray it is the right one. Your not expected to be right every time or perfect. You are only expected to move forward and make the best of your choices. shoot someone! trust me it will make you feel better! When I am stressed at work I get on YA and try to cheer up. I hope you make a decision, life is not always easy. drink heavily i don't work I rarely get stressed.
When I do, I just sit back for a minute, think of something different, relax and then go back to my work. take an advil...other than that theres not much you can do till u make your decision.... Put it in God's hands, honey. Worrying will only age you and block your train of thought. Good luck. :) I don't deal with the stress,
the stress deals with me.
Then I open up a can of whoop-a**
and send it on its way. Sometimes you just have to turn it off for work. If you aren't able to do that maybe you need to go home. Whoa! Honey, relax. You should be thankful you have a job and that you are able to go to school. Take a few deep breaths and think that whatever decision you make will be worth it in the long run. Everything happens for a reason. Think of all the positive that is in your life. You will get through the day. Please don't cry anymore. some nice music
also you should vent/talk about ur feelings with someone, it will definitely help relieve some of the stress Hi There,

I am not sure what your age is, but honestly, if you are in the position to not have to work and go to school, then I would just focus on your studies.

My daughter was 2 months old when I went back to school at 19 years old. I was in school for 7 years and at times attending school full time at night, working full time during the day, and holding down a part-time job simultaneously. It was very hectic, but my daughter drove and motivated me to be able to sustain that for as long as I did.

At the end of the day, you have to do what is best for you, there is nothing wrong with choosing one over the other for the time being. The way I look either one you choose shows you have ambition, are responsible, and want to make something out of your life.

Don't be so hard on yourself! Also, you would be surprised in the power of prayer!

Take care and good luck! Calm down...just trust that God and your Higher Self will lead you to make the right decision...peace be with you...
