Answers: sometimes I eat out of boredom Mostly for the sake of it!! Yes I do eat when I'm hungry but most times I don't eat when I'm hungry. when hungry At times I do when i,m hungry..and got no beer left hungry at the moment! but normally i use to eat when i was bored! my emotions rule me! lol I eat before I get hungry to prevent gastric. i normally just eat when i'm hungry. it's a waste of time forcing it down you'd just make yourself ill Eat when I'm hungry. no... Eat hungry not eat not hungry LOL For the sake of it I eat when I am hungry I usually do eat when I am hungry I never stop eating lol yes I eat when i am hungry...^^ eat when hungry I eat specific times & specific things per day, even if I feel hungry at other times too. A bit of both probably. Sometimes i just have to have that chocolate bar mmmmmmmmmmm yes but sometimes eat just for the sake of it. No, im hungry cuz there is nothing to eat at our house! and i dont have money yes Yes when am hungry Some times both but i'm one of those lucky git who can eat for ever and not put on an ounce.
In some ways it can be a bad thing because someone like me can get away with eating complete rubbish unlike some who put on weight, in theory i could end up being the more unhealthy because you can't see the damage.
I think i probably eat more things 'just for the sake of it' that someone whose piles on the pounds.
Oh dear, back to the gym i go. I do it on both 'occasion'!! i eat when i am hungry both
