HELP: I have problems with my concentrations, but i have a lot of work to do...?



Answers: Take these several steps and you should be OK::

1) Write out all the things you have to do in order of priority.
2)Give a rough time for each task, but have a little break
in-between each one. Call a good friend or relative for
assistance if really necessary, esp in shifting heavy items.
3)Do the first few steadily so that you don't exhaust
yourself half-way through the day. Ensure you have
the normal meals and a short tea-break
4) Switch on some real happy, exciting music. Can be some
top of the charts - oldies or moderns. Soothing music
calms the nerves and your tasks are accomplished much
faster and without stress
5) Once you feel physically exhausted or suffer from a
headache, stop all work and post-pone the remaining
till to-morrow or the day after. Since they are the last on
your list, they can't be that urgent nor important and
can therefore wait.
6) Sing, hum or whistle as you go through your tasks. Great
way to ease tension and pass your day in a cheerful
manner

There you have it -- several easy steps which always work for me. All the best and cheer up! try to keep ur workspace uncluttered and take a break and do deep breathing and a 5 minute meditation.

deep breathing- breathe slowly through nostrils for 7 seconds, hold breat for 6 seconds and breather out slowly through ur mouth making a swoosh sound. Rest, lay down if you're at home do not even worry or stress it is best to detress and rest. If you are at work maybe you should go home if it is bad . Get rid of or switch off all distractions and GET ON WITH IT. You know you have to! {:o)
