some are legitimate and necessary. but way too many silly ones.

seriously, some of the stuff i hear about is just absurd.. Yes, but most of them are needed. Yes! at least someone agrees with me Definetly, I always refer to the US(especially California) as the land of the lawsuit simple.........yes
