what motivated you to lose weight?

what was your highest weight?

How did people treat you before you lost the weight and did you notice a difference in how people treat you now that you're slimmer.

Are you happy with your current weight?

If not, How much weight would you like to lose?


Answers: I don't exercise much, but I try. I was skinny & being called fat & greedy. Now that I'm really fat, people won't even allow me to sit next to them on the bus. Also, I can't find a man. Daily.

20 more lbs I work out every morning.
It has nothing to do with weight. Can always lose a few pounds that I put on when I do not go to the gym. So I am happy. I am OK with my weight.

It was to keep fit and active that I work out.

And yes, people respect you more if you look trim. 1) I exercise when: I have to/ am very bored/ need to get out of the house (so am forced to walk a few metres), am in the mood to do sports.
2) My disability to move properly motivated me to lose weight
3) My highest weight was 70 kg, 166 cm height
4) Boys didn't flirt me before but started flirting me after
5) I'm happy and don't try for more loss (I 'm 57 kg or so)

Info:
I 'm thin 'cause I walk fast and run more often than I 'm forced to I exercise everyday by walking 2 miles and going o soccer practice everday. I weighed 154 before I did this. Now I weigh about 145. I havent lost all the weight I've wanted to, but I'm getting there. I exercise my farty *** twice a week. not enough.. not enough energy to answer any more questions... sorry
