What is your favourite way to keep fit and why?


I like swimming and dancing! This is fun and enjoyable for me!

Answers: I like long walk or jogging> I dont believe in dieting but yes little control is required in eating like not eating too much of fries foods, junk foods, etc. Some sports activity like swimming or whatever you are interested in. dancing, long walks with the ipod and some groovy music. I just got a new puppy so running aroudn with her is alot of fun. I also like bicycling and I love swimming! Being active helps alot because I work with a catering company so all that yummy food has to go somewhere.... walking, love the feel of wind on my face, you can burn off a lot more than calories as you pound the pavement... I like suing ILLEGAL mexicans I like going for walks. I like walking with friends because it is fun and exercise =) if i knew that, i wouldn't have such a big rear, and hips,. Walking to the pub,And back.Fresh air. pole dancing! i LOVE it!! its so much fun as i love dancing as well....the bruising is not so sexy tho!! he he!!!! i do a sit-up every morning ..why. to get out of bed I LOVE Pilates and walking. My son keeps me very busy too, but he loves to go with me on our walks in the morning, he loves being outdoors and he will go sit on(yes ON his stroller, as it is folded up by the back door!!LOL) his stroller in the morning because he knows that we will be going for a walk, he is soooo cute! =D Swimming & dancing because there just so fun I keep fit through avoidance of things that would turn me into the Stay-Puft marshmallow man. I honestly don't get much exercise outside of playing with my son and my Nintendo Wii. I'd choose swimming, if I had a place to swim. take a vitamin tablet swimming all round. Swimming.Dancing around madly with friends to loud music. Try to drink as much water as i can but not too much or ill always need the loo.
I try to eat 5 portions of fruit and vege everyday. Its hard lol.
I i eat a cold meal at lunch and a hot meal at dinner.
A yoghurt for breakfast.
I aslo get out as much as i can. Go for walks and bike rides nearly everyday. try to get as much sleep as possible at nightime. lol.

And I love to do sit-ups.
It feels great when you can do one more than the day before;) I like swimming and riding my bike. I guess I like walking too, maybe varieties if I have the chance. Gym and sports, because it is interaction with others who enjoy the same hobby. I like dancing (at home), walking and pulling the side lever on the recliner for arm strength! dancing and walking... I like swimming, because it exercises everything in your body (muscles, lungs, heart, etc), and once you get into the rhythm of it, it's quite relaxing.

I also like walking, because I like to see the countryside. swimming and dancing like you.

walking because it's easy.

running because it's more fun than walking. Long walks and staying away from pork and beef. Walking and swimming!and of course,a diet with veggies too,they give us vitamins,proteins and the like which keep us healthy,right? dancing (ballet, tap, disco, modern - ANYTHING)
- im a 14yr old girl most of us dance! haha

my mums tredmill, cos i can listen to music and watch tv too :) Sports, of course! =)
It's not only eating as proper, because it's not enough. I use to do gymnastics, swimming, soccer, running and basketball. That kept me fit.

On the 22 December 2004 I was in a car crash and I crushed my spine and my vertibrae slipped forward. I was told I'd never walk again. Being 14, that was a lot to handle.

I'm now nearly 18 and I can walk. About 2 years ago my back was like new, I played soccer, ran and tramped. I made it so much worse. Now just walking is painful. I'm so depressed.

I'm sorry, I just wish I could do all this stuff again.
