If it ain't broke don't fix it?!

Question:

If it ain't broke don't fix it?

do you think someone ought to tell this government?

Answers: you are so right!!! Indeed yes. You just did haha. No, i dont think so I agree ? well its broke believe me when i was in the navy the motto was fix it tell its broke hehe Your gonna recieve a lot of 'hate' on this one. :) Why would someone do that......everything in my opinion is broken. sure why not Someone might tell them, but I doubt that they will listen. We have been co erced into 1984 by a new labour government that seems to have used the book as a manifesto.. Wish they would & all governments. There all the same. Can u expand a little on your question, is their a certain issue with the government you are refering to or everthing in general? Absolutely and loudly Can you be specific? America isn't the only country with internet access, you know. what an idiot, its been broke since it began They have council regulations against that kind of talk. The goverment already knows this.. its the people at talk to the congressman and women... telling them they want stuff fixed that isn't broken... and its their job to fix it =( sounds good but if they are any good they will try to improve it We should never vote for them it only encourages them!! i say there are plenty of things that the government should fix the government is so corrupt. it needs to be torn down and start over.
we r so broke we can't take care of r own but give away billions.

even bush admitted we don't have enough service men/women here to help us if something happens, enviromentally ot war because they r all in different countries or dying in war. I don't know what government you are talking about, but if it is the USA it is broke and needs fixing. We are so far in debt it isn't even funny. Well, I'd say depending what you shouldn't fix
If its to do with the enviroment and improvement in everyday living, then I say yes, the government knows what they're doing and I know they should fix that due to the global warming affecting wonders like the great barrier reef or many other complications such as litter and greenhouse gasses.
BUT, if its about building a football stadiums, shopping centres, transports, and etc, then I say no, spend something that should help and that we can all benefit. But over all, I pretty much think the government is doing whats best, if not, who the hell chose them into the govern any way?!?! If they can't fix it they can't raise the taxes. If they can't raise taxes they can't skim their share, crow about their accomplishments and beg for reelection.
