Answers: No, I'm fifteen and I never get an allowance, nor do I get paid at work. I guess you could say it's a volunteer job. I still work hard and do chores around the house. The only time i get money is from relatives on my birthday and Christmas, which I carefully make sure lasts the entire year. I never ask my parents or anybody for money. Great question! I had chores. If I didn't do chores, I got no allowance. I get fat salaries more than once a month, my mom is the Boss. 8 buck allowance and get paid 8 bucks an hour for this soccer refing thing. I work. No weekly allowance. And seldomly any begging. I have a job, and should be saving my money. (I quote my parents) This was a really long time ago as I'm 40 now, but I got an allowance based on if I did my chores for the week or not. Did not do chores = no allowance. Did chores = allowance. By the time I was 14 I was working and never received allowance again. I get a allowance every month but it's so little =[ beg..I do chores..but don't get paid?
