i dont know whats up with me today. im extra sensitive or something... like i want to cry... or i need a hug or something....

(and no YOU INSENSITIVE JERK- its not that time of the month!!!)
i am just full of insecurities and weird emotions--- and I DONT LIKE IT!!!

what should i do??
this is so not like me!


Answers: even though it's not your time of the month your hormones can still be out of whack.

I would suggest that you paper yourself. Get a manicure, pedicure do some YOU shopping or whatever you like to do best. Create a relaxing atmosphere for yourself and remember that This too shall pass!

BIG hugs! Get your mind off of it. Think of something that you've been wanting to do and make plans. i think u r just before ur monthly period ;) aaww, I'm sorry ....

Have a nice day!! Do you drink coffee?Cause it could be to much caffine,or theres something on your mind subconcily and you know it but cant pin point it,hugs,hope you feel better. I've been feeling like that for the last couple of days..it sucks!!! There is nothing actually wrong with my life at the mo and yet i feel like i could burst into tears any minute.
I hope you are feeling better soon honey.....take some time out to relax and do something you want to do. If you still feel like you want to cry then let the tears out...sometimes it helps. go shopping it always helps me ..it takes things off my mind.
Take care and have a good day. I think you should try taking it slow & remembering to control your breathing. Just try to soothe yourself & maybe take a break from what you are doing. Do something else. Something you like to do. Everyone has days where they don't feel like theirselves, there are times when I am extra sensitive and can't explain why. I like you though hate that "you must be on the rag" speech too, seems like that's the thing most people say, but you are probably just stressed out. Write down a list of everything you are stressed about, and then figure out one by one what you can do to make yourself feel better. Tell yourself its not that bad, take a nice bath or shower and try and relax. You might even need some sleep, all of this works for me but I am sure you have coping ways. Good luck, it gets better. pray?
