Question:

Name your favourite childhood toy, something you had and loved,?

I had a chopper bike in yellow and a wonder woman doll , well it was the 70s

Answers: I also had a chopper which was the best Xmas present EVER! The toy I loved most though was a white teddy called Beano, he was my first teddy and my Mum kept having to replace his eyes with fuzzy felts (remember them?) as I kept picking them off!!! I had him until I was 17, he got lost somewhere when I left home. I can still remember how he smelt, my Mum washed him all the time so he always smelt like persil! GI Joe - the full size one (1970's also) Hoppity my cuddly rabbit... Still have him! Caroline Cabbage Patch Doll, Sit & Spin, Big Wheel, Chatty Patty Doll, Etch-a-Sketch. A big wheel

I dont think they make them anymore 3 ft doll named dorothy.. My big sisters dildo, she would ride me with it yeah one was my tiny tears doll....but my bro poked her eyes out...and i had a Black chopper bike, i loved it....i wish i still had it now... my green machine tweety doll When I was 6 or 7 I had a life size Raggedy Ann Doll, I had the dress and tea party to match. ha ha i had a beautiful doll named Baby Chrissy!!!!

But my mum gave it away when I was 16.

i was devastated. :( It was a Minnie Mouse fabric puppet. My dad used to entertain me with that. I miss those times. the name was duck, and it was a rubber duck in brown and yellow Pogo stick, hula hoop, and a favorite doll. b. b. gun :), later became a bicycle, because we moved in to town :( bananas in pajamas muddles the monkey, my dad bought him in 1974 on the day i was born, my eldest child is 16 and he carried him everywhere till he got older now my 3yr old takes him to bed with her.
he a bit raggy now but has been well loved over the years i dont ever intend parting with him. I had a doll similar to Sindy at the beginning of the 60's, she had 3 spare heads with different hairstyles that you could swap over, I just loved that doll until my very mean brother threw her in the fire out of spite so I killed his action man and threw that down the hill, I was 5 and he was 6. the doll tressy where her hair grew from the middle of her head lol i had a yellow chopper to omg those were the days but my fave was my gloworm that went to hospital with me for surgery it even went down to theatre with a name band round it lol awww bless yea i was only 8 tho he he I had a My Little Pony castle, with a pool!!! I thought that was the coolest thing ever. Raggedy Ann
and
My motorcycle.
Peace. Evel Knevil stunt cycle. I wore that toy out in just a few days. I know I'm showing my age here but I loved two dolls...The Drowsy Doll which had a pull on it's back that said things like "I'm sleepy" and The Chrissy doll whose hair pulled out the top of it's head to make it long and then you cranked her arm up and down to make it short again. Loved 'em til my older brother drew moustaches on them with a permanent black marker! I liked playing with ooze and mars mud cuz it grossed out people, espeacailly my parents. I loved my black and white rocking horse...it was larger than the ones you see outside of grocery stores and it had a string that you pulled and it had all kinds of horse sounds it made...even hoof sounds! I also loved my Mary Jane doll (I was 2 or 3 when I got her). She was about 3 feet tall and walked and talked...never seen anything like her since. Her "voice" was actually on a little reel-to-reel tape inside her chest. She came with a cute little dress and 2 pairs of Mary Jane shoes. Oh, I loved my Thumblina doll too...we're talking mid 60's to early 70's. After that I loved my mini-bike and books! LOL! thats a tough one but hav a star for making me think!

urm...i think it must have been my barbie collection (i know its not 1 toy but its a lot of the same toy!). they all had names and even went to a wedding between Miami Barbie and Action Man!!!!

i opened a Barbie hairdressers tho which was one of the biggest mistakes of my life coz i cut all their beautiful long hair off :(

i also cut their clothes to shreds thinking i was some sort of hot-shot fashion designer!

My neice has them all now!

Love Tinks xoxox An awesome Barbie head that you could style and color the hair! I learned to braid on that darn thing!! Boy, has that come in handy with 3 daughters!! They can thank the Barbie styling head for all those great hairstyles that they have gotten for prom and homecoming festivities!!

Sandy :O)
