If you had but one day to live, BUT an infinite money supply, what would you do?
Answers: have sexual relations with a nun...everyone has their price....right! give it to someone that will make us of it....... help as many people as i could and give it all away Give Most to my family and the rest to Charity for finding a cure for aids and cancer I would buy America!!! give it to someone who didn't have one day to live-you can't take it with you fly to a deserted island and die in peace ! a trip into space i would love that blow it on unneccisary item i would never use and then give some of he stuff to my friends :D but thats just me Give it away of course.
Make sure my family and friends were taken care of first though. I would buy a cloning device so i could make love to myself Every thing i could think of.. Give it all to charity and some of it to my family. I would ask God for forgiveness and prepare to die. Help out as many people as I could in that days time. Fit as much as I possibly can into that one day and give the money to my niece in the hope she will have a better future. Shoot myself in the frustration of leaving all that cash go to a spa for the 1st 12 hours pray for the next 6 try and sleep for the remaining 6 I'd buy guns and explosives and kill every1 and blow stuff up... Buy 1000 computers, hire 1000 supermodels and have them add me as a contact on Yahoo Answers along with a cute picture of them. buy a ticket to heaven I would buy Australia, then tell everyone to get off my property. go round houses posting bundles of cash through peoples letter boxes with a note saying enjoy? thats after making sure the family was well looked after of course. Commit suicide! Spend time with my family.. i buy a big mac and give to next guy in line and a coke and rest off the day i drive around and give it all away I'd probably think that it's not worthy such a big amount of money if there's nothing else standing there for me except death! And death does not ask for payment, salary, tips or coins for buying parking tickets. And if this big fortune could buy some love for me, a last day full of happiness and light, I'd buy these, I'd really do! Do what I can do to get a will going so I could make sure my son and hubby had the money. Also to make sure that it was stated in the will that x amount of dollars would be donated to the charities of my choice yearly. My family members that I did and did not grow up with would be taken care of. Then have conference calls with everyone till the unfortunate time comes. I am surprised that I haven't seen this kind of question before. In fact you have come up with the POWER question. Give people money and they have power. On that subject, the popular thinking is that power corrupts, which is not correct. Power simply magnifies what is already there. You will see that a number of people here are giviong the money to charity - so money/power does good as well.
For myself I would give my mother the mansion and staff that she longs for; I would give my brothers some; I would give the church 10% (I would get some sort of figure), and I would give a lot to the charities that I like. Give it away to as many people as I could, wire it to south africa, cancer research randomly pick people in the yellow pages and wire it to their accounts the list is endless. Whats the point in me using it I can make sure everyone else can benefit.
