they still go on lol.. there is a thing called propagation of motion... this question is like saying (a 9mm bullet moves at 1000 feet/second) "while moving 681.818182 mph I fire a 9mm gun.. what happens"... of coarse the round still leaves the chamber.. it just reaches terminal velocity faster... same with light.. it is still "particle" and thus will react as the bullet does.. and go on
