Seeing vomiting. If you hear it you know someone is puking but you don't see it. So you don't know what its like.
Runny nose, people can actually see that one (yuck)
Acne on your chin
A splinter in your foot you have to walk on it.
I can't decide on the blind/paralyzed one. Probably being blind is worse though. I'm not sure both are pretty bad.
