Would you ever donate a kidney or another vital organ?

I would for my children.
I am an organ donor, as stated on my driver's license.

Absolutely I would, and I have. My aunt needed a kidney due to renal failure as a result of Type I diabetes.

I donated my right kidney to her on September 26th, 2006. It is an amazing process, and it is impossible to describe how fulfilling it is to give the gift of life.

I did have some complications but it never has made me think twice about my decision
