Deanna Troi after she let down her hair, stopped talking in a weird tone of voice, and knocked off the "psychic vibrations" junk (replacing it with something more subtle and les laughable).
Tasha Yar was hot , but she was only in the first season, and the first few seasons of TNG were generally awful.
