Unless the sushi is eaten in Japan then great risk of getting a parasitic worm. Japanese sushi is frozen into blocks as hard as concrete, this kills the parasite. Most fish in Europe are only chilled before they are processed, this does not prevent infestation by the parasitic worm. Sorry about the unpalatable answer but the truth is out there if you check.
