means at approximately 12:45 am. (I wash my face...
brush my teeth and floss first.) I get up between 7:00
and 7:30 AM. On week-ends, I go to bed at closer to
10:00 PM; wake up at the same hour, but might grab
another 30 - 45 minutes of peace.
