First of all, I don't have enough points and I am not good at Math, so sorry, I can't help you with point. As far as coffee, I have changed my taste. I usesd to like Irish Coffee, good strong coffee, some Southern Comfort, little sugar and a dash of whip cream. now I have mellowed, and I will take a large cup of Medium Roast, dash of 1/2 and 1/2, and about 6 teaspoons of Splenda, and I will be mellowed out!
