yeah I have... I hit a german shepard once that came outta nowhere... he spun and spun around in the road... got up and wobbly away... made it to his owner's yard and collapse.. when I got to him,,, he looked up at me, took a long breath, and that was it.. he died.. I cried and cried.. won't never forget how that poor dog looked at me.
