People who are morning people, why do you enjoy waking up early ?

I hate it when the alarm goes off.

Once I'm awake I'm fine, but I hate the initial waking up part and dread going to work.

I think the majority feels like that. I don't know how people wake up refreshed and ready to go. It takes me 2 cups of coffee a few cigarettes and listening to the morning news.
