What do you do with......?

those annoying e-mails that claim: "The XYZ company will GIVE you a free (what ever) if you will only forward this message to ten of your friends." And in the body of the message you will always find some kind of testimonial that states." 5 people who work in my office have already received their free (what ever) so I know it works."

Are you a sucker and provide the e-mail address of you friends and family?

Or am I too skeptical and paranoid....if there is such a thing?

I delete them,it's a waste of time really....Nothing comes for free in this life ;)
