Do you like to get paid "Bi-weekly" or "Semi-monthly"?
Answers:
Bi weekly caz you get 2 extra checks a year
I always though semi monthly meant 1st and 15th.... thats not every 2 weeks because at the end of the month you go longer than 14 days without a check.
