Could you end this argument?
I was talking to someone with insomnia and he was telling me he would love to get to sleep even if he didn't get any rest rest. I was appalled. you see I have sleep apnea and before I got my breathing machine. I had a lot of sleep but no rest. I told him how horrible that is and we ended up discussing which one was worse. sleep apnea or insomnia.
can you solve this argument before it rives me crazy. remember the argument is about whether getting sleep without rest is better than getting no sleep.
p.s. yes it's possibe to sleep with out getting any rest. I used to do it all the time.
