Should woman be courteous and leave it up for the man or should the man be cautious and put it down for the woman ? Hmmm ?

why is it when a man goes to the bathroom,he can remember or think enough to put the seat down to sit, where as a woman has to fall into the toilet before she has sense enough to put the seat down. why is it women feel it is the responsibility of the man to have to put the seat down? Can they not learn how to do this simple thing.
