now here it is: do I hunt the sucker down and wack it back? if so: do I go on the lamb hiding from a constant fear of getting wacked back, never seeing my loved ones again or hire a lawyer and defend myself against bungie abuse? after all he started it!

Be aware a bungie is a nasty animal but will not attack under normal conditions. Were you taunting the bunie mabey you grabbed it by the neck? Many people who have faced the alleged bungie have not been so lucky. There were several cases in wich peoples eyes have been poked out.
