11:59pm and 59 seconds december 31, 1979. My sisters and I were up waiting for the ball to drop with Dick Clark and when it hit 1980 we yelled "80's Rule". This is a true story. I was so bad @ss because I was in 5th going to 6th grade. OH YEAH
