cockatiels...man they are sweet, but the constant attention or else I will "scream" constantly was too much for me, so no more cockatiels for me. what about you

I have a mini Pomeranian and I love him to death but I will NEVER EVER have another one they don't know how to shut up all he does is bark and everything and I mean everything. He also pisses all over everything outside and if he don't like the smell of a person he will piss on them too. Not a good dog for me.
