I made some new friends on facebook, and there is this one who I find kind of rude and annoying. How do I take her off without offending her or hurting her feelings?

It's your face book. Do what's best for you and if you hurt feelings it's not something you can actually control. Unless that is you plan to spend the rest of your life making others happy instead of yourself.
