is it worse to completely trust everyone and risk the fact that some of those people will betray your trust and hurt you
or
is it worse to become hostile and not be able to trust anyone at all?
why is it worse?

i think its better to completely trust everyone than to not trust anyone at all because you need to trust people to get to know them better. you won't have any friends if you're always hostile
once you get to know a person then judge whether that person is worth your friendship
