What does the average single family home cost in your area?
Regular, 2/3 bedrooms, normal-sized home?
Answers:
Probably around $150-200K. That's just a guess though.
In my city there are "good" areas where a 3 br house could cost $200K or more whereas in a "bad" part of town a 3 or more br house might sell for $100K or less.
