Why Does Dried Up Pepsi Turn Into Syrup?!

Due to that ridiculous amount of sugar in the Pepsi i would assume!. The Pepsi that you get from the "taps" at fast food resturants comes in boxes of syrup mix that then gets added to carbonated water!.

I am pretty sure there is "Corn Syrup" in the Recipe!.

I drink Coke -- but it does the same thing!.

As the "spill" changes into a different form of "matter" --

There is either Oxidation of some of the Ingrediants - Just like when Water will "evaporate" eventually!.!.!.

SYRUP is a very Highly Concentrated form a matter and so it is "left" as what we call a "Precipitate" -- What is left over as the "Fast Liquids" (i!.e!., Water) disappear (evaporate)!.
