Question: HELP PLEASE (guitar) pleeasse!?
So I took guitar lessons for like two years (not any more) and I wanted to learn to play a song for the talent show but I thought it wasn't for a few weeks but you have to do your act in front of this person just so they know what you're doing and it's wednesday! Then the talent show is like two weeks later!. I'm freaking out!. I already signed up and I don't sound very good!. I really want to but I don't know what to do and I don't wanna look stupid!. I am really mad because it would've been so cool if I got more time!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know which song you have chosen, but I suggest you consider whether you can really play it - if it sounds wrong it probably is! Could also be a timing issue - you might be playing the right thing at the wrong moment, or holding onto a note for too long - see what I mean!?
The talent show sounds like great fun and you should go for it, but why not find something easier to play well and use that!? You'll look sillier if you try something that's too difficult then prove you can't do it in front of everyone!. Try to keep your experiences positive, so as to build your confidence!.
When I taught myself to play guitar lots of years ago, I just learned lots of chord shapes and practised changing them quickly and smoothly!. Then when you see the name of a chord your fingers just make that shape, without having to read every individual string!. Seems to me a much easier way to learn, especially at the beginning, then learn to read tabs later!. You can play simple songs much easier and quicker and you don't become demoralised and bored!. Success breeds success!
