Answers:
omg yes it did good question they were the big dogs as they say no one and i mean no one can do it like they did!.!. now it all bout sex and hoess they did not need no women half naked to make a song sell!.!. u no y cause they sang it the way it was and they had the voice god i miss themWww@Enter-QA@Com

To be honest, I think rap was already going downhill before that!. Hip hop and rap was at its prime in the early nineties before commercialism and gangsta ****!. Pac and Big were good at rapping but more and more rap music is about the bitches and the money and that brings out all the fake kids!. Pac and Big weren't good rappers because they were thug, they were good rappers because they were good rappers!. No matter how gangsta you are, it's not gonna make you as good of a rapper as them!. But all in all, yeah, rap music is going downhill!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

rap has all ways been a lower form of music !.!. nothing should praise a thug life or some of the negative things rap does!.!. It for most part reticules blacks and females!. there is no telling how many people have been killed because rap make the gang life seem great!. also many take it as the way you have to be to get fame or wealth when your raised up in a poor neighborhood or family!. killing, selling drugs,in-slaving women(pimping ),stealing, an in general bring a negative to others for personal gain!. After the early nineties it almost died, but then Kanye West came along and gave it a breath of fresh air!. Fast forward to today, you have gangsta rappers (Jim Jones, 50 Cent, Plies), positive rappers (Common, Talib Kweli, !?!?!?) and nerd hoppers (Kanye, Lupe, Pharell)!. At this point in time, Hip Hop is hard to describe, but I do think it's still on the verge of dying!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i mean yea, to a certain degree it did, we lost two of hip hops greatest musicians but on the other hand!.!.!.many other rappers have held it down well enough to give us a good rap like jay-z, nas, t!.i!., lil wayne (back before he came out of the closet), dmx, kanye west, common, lupe fiasco etc!. but i mean some of the southern sh*t coming out today like Soulja boi, gucci mane (LOL), and others from the south give hip hop a horrible name and disgrace biggie and tupac who are rolling in their graves!.!.!.!.!.

R!.I!.P!. 2pac and The Notorious B!.I!.G!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

i dont think it necessarily went down hill!. but things did change since!. sensorship as far as what is allowed to be said on the radio and what can be seen in music videos has changed!. also since both titans from the west and east died, the south rose up and over took the west and east!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i think it changed but it didnt go down i think when some of the down south artist started being soo nasty thats when hip hop went down its supposed to tell a story but always talk about drugs and stupid stuff/dances!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
