What song is this? It goes "La de da he..."?!

I remember seeing the music video in the mid 90's!. It was a relaxing song with a nice beat and younger person singing!. If I remember right the music video was filmed in either India or Africa!.

The only part of the song I can remember is they kept saying "La de da he" or something similar!.
