1!. Dilla (Because everyone else on this list except dr!. dre has called him the best, even Pharrell of the neptunes)
2!. Dr!.Dre/Premier(Both have had as many classic beats to classic songs, but it depends on what style you like better)
4!.Pete Rock (the only one to have any success with a solo album with both beats and rhymes other than dre
5!.RZA(supplied a dynasty with shaolin soul)
6!. 9th Wonder(Threat by Jay-z; that's all I got to say)
