On what guitar must I start playing, Acoustic or Electric?.?!
Question: On what guitar must I start playing, Acoustic or Electric!?!.!?
My friend told me that it is better to start playing Acoustic Guitar before switching to Electric!.He also told me that it will be more simple for me to create sounds,tabs,chords,etc!. I wanna start playing Electric guitar directly!. But will it be an handicap for me if I don't know how to play Acoustic guitar when I will be fully capable of playing Electric Guitar!?Please help me, thanks in advance!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

In my experiance it's best to play with the guitar you plan on using most!. I learned on an acoustic, but I don't think I was any good until I moved to electric!. Now acoustic is a lot easier!. If you want to play electric right away, you should just practice and practice and practice with an electric!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
it depends if you want to play country play acoustic if you wanna play metal or rock electric
it also depends on this if you want to get a good sound without an amp get an acoustic guitar if you can get an amp , are gonna try to learn rock , and like it better if it sounds how it does in the actual song so you know your playing it write get and electric
i too have just started 3 weeks ago and am doing pretty good, i got a little amp and an electric guitar and since it sounds like i want it to i find it easy to learn some of my favorite songs by ozzy or ac/dcWww@Enter-QA@Com

i partly agree with noah you do have to practice practice practice no matter what instrument you are playing i started with an electric guitar until i got bored with carrying amps and leads and peddles around so i brought an acoustic guitar and i still play my electrics but i prefer the acoustic but go for what you're feeling and a little tip when you start playing and your finger tips become sore apply some super glue on the tips to act like paddingWww@Enter-QA@Com
