Question: R&P; Is it cool/good to have a wide variety of music!?
I usually stick to rock!.!. w/ some jazz and blues here and there!.!. but i'm kinda getting into old school rap/hip-hop!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah it really is, its a Huge Indication of an Open Mind and Versatility which is a virtue in my opinion, I used to have it but its since Diminished a few sums LOL!.

It's definitely good to have diverse tastes in music!. For me, it means I can talk about music with just about anyone!. My favorite genre is rock, but I have been exposed to a lot of different genres, and I listen to all those genres everyday!. I listen to rock, metal, country, rap, hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and some classical!. Plus, because I listen to so many different types of music, I never get burnt out on one specific genre!. :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
Of course!. It's always good to have a good understanding of everything!. And be proud of it! I love a lot of different genres!. I'm a teen so I have some top 40 I can sometimes tolerate, but I still love my classic rock and french pop!. I think whatever music makes you happy, you should listen to!. Screw status quos, just listen to what you feel like!.

Well, I try to usually find some things outside Punk/Rock/Psychedelic stuff!. A few years ago I discovered Trance Music and I can't get enough of it!.
I also listen to Reggae (Led Zeppelin's "D'yer Mak'er" got me hooked to Reggae) And I listen to Classical Piano music as well!. OH yeah I also listen to Rap sometimes! Not that useless rap, the real rap that has meaning!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's great to have a wide variety of music to listen to!. I find that my different moods call for different types of music!.
For example, some days I'm in a classic rock mood, other days I want to listen to instrumental soundtracks, another is orchestral, or Broadway or even pop!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Absolutely!. I'm into acid rock, blues, raga, folk, jug/ragtime, and a little progressive jazz and occasionally bluegrass, reggae, and Baroque!. I even like an occasional country song, but don't push it!Www@Enter-QA@Com
