Although I don't listen to escape the fate, here are some things you can do!.
Go to wikipedia or another site that lists past bands they've toured with!. this will give you a general idea of the bands that have a similar genre and know the band!.
Check out their myspace and see who is in their top friends!. this is another indication of bands they've toured with and that they are friends with!.
Set up a channel on pandora or ilike or lastfm with escape the fate!. let their software do what's it's meant to do and it will play songs from similar artists!. i personally like pandora, but i'm sure the others will work well!.
Go to amazon!.com, bestbuy!.com or circuitcity (or another similar store) and put escape the fate's album in your cart!. normally the site will then list other cds that people who've bought espace the fate's album have purchased!.
