hm!.!. well i play bass guitar and electric so for a rock song i would have to just say maybe it needs to have a point of course and probably with alot of energy and put into it!.!.!. i cant really explain that good i write songs but if your talking about a bass part then it just needs a good heavy beat and then u just add on!.!.!.!. All rock songs follow a simple three-chord riff format!. Only the lead guitar needs to have any complexities!. Ex: ZZ Top, AC/DC, Dire Straits, etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
