Most people try and finger this chord starting with the first finger and 'roll' their fingers up the chord!.!.!.!.
Personally I find starting with the 3rd finger easier, quicker and more 'fluid'!.

if your playing a electric guitar with low action and are playing the C in first position its a common problem just keep playing it and your fingers will devolp the strenght you need to fret the B string on the first fret Www@Enter-QA@Com
