How do you like to a listen to a long-awaited album for the first time?!
Question: How do you like to a listen to a long-awaited album for the first time!?
For instance, when you have been waiting forever for an album to come out and you finally get it---how do you like to listen to it for the first time!? In the car, on your ipod, computer, CD player, etc!? Any special routines for listening to an album for the first time!? For me, the first listen is really important so I have to do it just right which is weird but eh, oh well!.!.

Usually if its long awaited!.!.!.I cant wait, i usually
listen to it the first time on youtube or something!.
Theres always someone that gets the record early
and burns it to youtube:D None of that illegal
downloading **** though!!!
When i can contain myself and wait to buy the record
i usually pop it in the CD player,nothing to original:)

right after i buy it, i jsut put it in the car stereo!. then i listen to hte first few seconds of each song, then listen to hte whole songs in hte order that i liked them from the first few seconds!. then after that, i listen to hte whole cd in order!.

Either on my laptop or my cd player!. Or if I import the cd to my iTunes I will listen to it on my iPod!. I have the volume up and I listen to each song on the album about three times then go to the next song!. I listen to the album for hours and hours!. I'm weird oh well!.

Usually the car stereo!. I cannot wait to hear it and open it in the store so I can listen to it as soon as possible!. If I'm really anticipating it I'll probably listen to 30 sec of each song because I'm too impatient and have to know what each song sounds like!.

I like to take out my CD player and plug in some huge, pro-quality headphones and turn it up all the way! That's what I'll be doing tomorrow, when I get a true guitar album, PLAY, by Brad Paisley!

I put it in my stereo and I turn it up really loud so I can't hear anything else!. I usually look through the CD booklet at the lyrics and artwork and everything while I'm listening!.
