First of all the writer and singer for Oingo Boingo is Danny Elfman, However chuck norris was not in that video but the connection that oingo boing has with halloween is they play every halloween, and as well he like to cellebrate this occasion, thus the movie's he has directed(a nitemare before christmas< beetle juice, and the part 2 of a nitemare before christmas)!.
