Some do and some don't, i think that 'love' could be a slight exaggeration, but some are satanists etc but definitely not all, its a bit of a generalisation and assumption but i understand where you're coming from as these genres of music are more likely to believe or feel connected to it than pop stars or technos!.
I am a rock/metal lover myself and i don't, i agree with the comment above (i am not wicca though btw although i admire that religion) and i think that it totally differs!. Rock/metal lovers does not mean loves 'satan', and 'satan' lovers does not mean loves rock/metal!. Not at all!. My Aunt ( God rest her soul ) forbid us from listening to "Children Of The Sun"! She believed it was referenced to demons in the bible yet to come!?!!.
