Who's your favorite bass player?!
Question: Who's your favorite bass player!?
Answers:
Probably John Entwistle or Bob Daisley!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You just had to ask about bass players!. I could go on for hours, it's impossible to pick a favorite!. I guess I'll just try to narrow it down!.
Les Claypool - His style is just so unique, plus he's an amazing bassist!. He's one of those bassists you don't even need to back up, he's just that good!.
Fieldy from Korn - I really like his style of playing!. His playing is inspiring me to learn to play slap bass plus he plays some of the heaviest, bass centered breakdowns!.
Eric Langlois from Cryptopsy - Listen to his work in Cold Hate Warm Blood, Phobophile, or Slit Your Guts!. Amazing bass work which you can actually hear, which is rare in metal bands!.

Tony Choy from Atheist - Just awesome!. He plays the bass like a guitar, or so it seems!. He was the biggest influence on me when I was first learning to play!.
Cliff Burton - Legendary!. He was one of the first greats, especially in the metal community!. Learning to play songs he played with ease is a great way to become a good bassist!. (RIP)
Novy from Vader (formerly of Behemoth) - One of the first extremely fast bassists that I have ever seen!. I had to rewind the dvd to prove that his fingers had even moved!. A true inspiration for me!.
Orion from Behemoth - I never truly appreciated him until I saw him live!. He's an amazing bassist and soon to be one of the best!.
Stefan Fimmers from Necrophagist - Words can't describe him!. He is the best I have ever seen!. I have actually felt nauseated listening to his playing!. He is THAT good!.

And there you have it!. I can't pick a favorite!. They have all influenced me in one way or another, therefore I can't leave any out!. Check them out!. You're bound to learn something!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

For me, it's between two of the most unique bassists out there: Billy Sheehan and Victor Wooten!.
Victor Wooten is obviously a lot different from the style of Sheehan's but I love both of their work!. However, I do like Sheehan a bit better!.
Check 'em out, if you get a chance!Www@Enter-QA@Com
