When something bad happens or if you want to collectively punish the prison population!.!.!.You do a lockdown!.!.!.That means the prisoner or prisoners are locked with in their cells and are not allowed out for recreation !.!.!.Basically you are trapped!.!.!.and can't do anything!.!.!.Would guess "Love Lockdown" your in love and can't do anything for it!.!.!.or love has you locked down (trapped) with one person !?!?!?
