Question: What do ya think of the new Kings of Leon album!?
I LOVE KoL, their first three albums have been amazing, was really looking forward to Only By The Night, have listened to it a few times and there are some great songs on it (Sex on Fire, Crawl, Cold Desert, 17) but it's still a lil!.!.!.meh! None of my friends are fans, jus looking to see what other people's views are! Thanks in advance :-)Www@Enter-QA@Com

I love them too, but although I do like OBTN it's probably my least favourite of theirs!. I'll leave it a bit of time to grow on me though!. They've gone a bit heavy on the slower ones, and though some of my favourite KoL songs have been slow and reflective (Fans, Arizona, Talihina Sky) they could do with some faster ones just to kind of break it up a bit!. Because Of The Times was great because of the variation in songs - some were really inventive, like Charmer or On Call!. I like the new one, it just needs a few more standout moments and a bit more energy!. It's good, it just wasn't the masterpiece everyone was expecting!. But my favourite KoL album is probably still Youth & Young Manhood!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I love their new album! Yes, their sound has changed but it's Kings of Leon! I am confident they will always rock with whatever they come out with!. My favorite song on the album has got to be Cold Desert (they recorded this drunk!? Geniuses!)

Its their attempt at going global!.Sex on Fire was/is a cracking tune,as is Crawl!.The album was made with huge venues in mind i think!.They're a decent enough band, with a good back catalogue so fair play to them for trying to take it to the next level!.Very few albums have great songs from start to finish!.I always think that if i get 3 songs from a batch of 12 then it passes muster!. I absolutely love it!.It's their best album yet!. Use Somebody is such a beautifully written song and Crawl has the coolest guitar riff at the beginning!.

I wasn't sure if it was gonna be good based on their previous albums, but I do actually love it!. However, I know what you mean!.!. it's lacking a little something!.

the album is great its different and not the songs are not as 'charmer' as the ones as this album but cold desert, sex on fire, notion are amazing Www@Enter-QA@Com
