People can say what they want about Evanescence and Amy Lee, but the first time I listened to their/her song "Hello" I honestly forgot how to breathe!. In case you haven't heard it, it's one of the most emotional, heartbreaking songs you'll ever hear!. Nothing but majestic piano, violins and Amy's amazing, amazing voice!. She wrote the song about her little sister that passed away when they were kids, I believe she drowned in their pool!.

When I first heard the song, her lyrics and the sheer sorrow in her voice literally took my breath away!. It was overwhelming and to some extent still has the same effect!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Two-Headed Boy by Neutral Milk Hotel!. It was the second song of theirs I heard, and at the chorus when the vocals reach their peak!.!.!. that gets me every time!. A lot of people say Jeff Mangum isn't a great singer but there's so much passion in his voice!. There's a link to that song on my profile if you wanna listen to it :)

I think some other songs that have done that are:
Bright Eyes - First Day Of My Life
REM - Imitation Of Life (actually that was probably the first one, I've liked them since I was 8!)
Kings Of Leon - Fans
