There is no definitive answer, NaS made Illmatic when he was 20, Eminem made the Marshall Mathers LP when he was 28 and so was 50 cent when he came out with Get Rich or Die Tryin, I dont care about lil wayne he sucks, I think that a rapper reaches his maturity by the age of 26 and doesnt get better, but guys like KRS-One and Chuck D put out quality music consistently so who knowsWww@Enter-QA@Com
